Did some seared tuna with green beans, potatoes, olive tappanade, and ANCHOVIES. Nice healthy dinner. Here is the sear and finish.

Very nice. Did some salmon stakes last week just like that. Will do some tuna I got this week. How long per side for tuna and what doneness was it?

IMHO Tuna is best Seared on both sides 60-90 seconds at 450-500 deg. and served immediately.

Mine was on the hot grill for about 4 minutes, which was too long. Go with the times suggested by Celtic Wolf.
