very good online pizza making video

Rouxbe (the link is below you can sign up free for 90 days) has recently posted a very good video demonstration / recipe for pizza. posted in the comments tab is an endorsement for the egg to make better pizza.

it's certainly very easy to follow and the pizza i made turned out quite well.

in the recipe they recommend that you allow the dough to rest in the fridge over night. because of timing mine stayed two nights. nevertheless the crust was thin and perfect for my taste.

i find semolina flour in most any high end grocery store.
