first time doing these on the egg this way. pretty dang good, but took a long, long, long time. dizzy pig cow lick & jack daniels oak barrel chips & a little sweet baby rays sauce after pulling :woohoo:

Looks good. Low and slow or mid range on the cook? What was the internal when you pulled em?

That is a long time.
Looks good.
My little cow took 14 hours. -
around 250-270 for about 7 hours, then foiled in that pan in the oven for a couple more hours, then pulled and another hour in the oven. i think.
not sure what the temps were :huh: -
still good today :woohoo:
