Today Had London Broil success

Hi Egg-heads,
I cooked a London Broil using the directions off TNW website. It was so good :woohoo: Anyway, the only thing I did differently was I used some reduced salt Dale's Marinade and some MOntreal steak seasoning on the cook. I pulled the London Broil at 140 internal and wrapped it in aluminum foil and let it rest ten minutes. I had baked potatoes and peas! Hope you all are having a egg-fantastic day B)
