Well... [p]My wife roasted her mother's recipe for a 20 lb turkey in the kitchen oven, complete with stuffing -- and she made pan gravy. I prophesied a dry, overcooked bird, and now I confess -- mea culpa -- it was a good bird, juicy and tender.[p]I am sufficiently humbled for the evening.[p]My Egg is silently weeping, out in the cold and snow. I will reward its patience this coming Sunday with a buffalo chuck roast.[p]Best to All![p]~ Broc
