I cooked a rack of lamb last night and ran into a problem. I'm using Cowboy brand charcoal and started it with a propane torch. It only took about 45 seconds of "torch time" to start the coals in the chimney. The finished product had a distinct "lighter fluid" taste to it. Could it be the propane? I've never used lighter fluid in my Egg. I've always used newspaper in the chimney in the past but the propane is so much quicker and easier.
