Does anyone here use a platesetter after they have seared their steak T_Rex style?
T-Rex doesn't say to do it but I was wondering what some other folks thoughts were?

anyway, no plate setter needed. just toss them back on once the temp drops to 400-450 for a couple of minutes each side.
