I cooked up some chicken thighs. I brined them for a couple hours with brown sugar and kosher salt. Cooked them indirect at 350 for one and a half hours until internal of 205.
IMG_0452Small.jpg[p]Kim went wild for the skin, while I shredded the meat. I put it in the pan with a can of chicken broth, an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, and a packet of Cin-Chile.
