Yep, we sold 30 demo eggs. We brought in one extra-large for Dr. BBQ to cook on. I think they assembled one extra in case they broke one during the transport and set-up. One or two did not get cooked on, altho they were set up along with the rest. So I guess about 29 or 30 ended up being cooked on. We had a number of cooks who were cooking on two eggs simultaneously.[p]Gwen
