<p />This was my second try at Pizza. (First one fried my gasket) Egg was stabilized at 650. Pie's took about 3-4 minutes each. We made 4:
Granny Pepperoni (no cheese)
Regular Pepperoni
Top to Bottom, Before-During-After[p]OT I had to Photoshop these together. How do you post multiple pix?

    I hope the pooper scooper isn't part of your BGE set-up. I have one of those for my three assistant pitmasters that get some of everything I cook and the failed experiments.
