Tri Tip suggestions??

Got a marinated Tri tip at Costco, any suggestions for the best way to Egg these? Thought about just crankin it to 450 dome and cooking it similar to a steak, turning once in awhile. 126-130 internal for med rare I'm thinking? Any success stories appreciated.

    I have always done mine low and slow till 125, then rest for about 15 minutes, then sear.

    orion11,[p]What's it marinated in? The ingredients themselves may help you decide how to cook it. There are a lot of things that would not like a direct cook at 450° dome temp.[p]~thirdeye~
