Sea Bass

Just got some Tilapia fillets and I'm going to grill them up in my usual way(dizzy pig maple glazed metod)but I've never done sea bass before. Its the whole fish, cleaned and scaled but head, fins and tail on...which my wife is not going to be happy with..ha! [p]Any recipe suggestions?[p]John
