HELP brisket question

So I do my first overnight brisket. Want to eat at noon. Estimated it would be done about 10:00. Giving me a little margin for error plus reading the boards I know I can hold it in the warm cooler for a couple hours. [p]But it's 7:00am and it's done. So I have it in the cooler wrapped in towels, etc.[p]At this point I figure I will have to refridgerate? How long do I leave it in the cooler before chilling and how best to reheat? [p]THANKS!

Ryan,[p] If you have it wrapped well and a decent cooler you will be fine. Just don't keep opening the cooler to look..

Ryan,[p]No sweat, I cooler my briskets at least 4 hours as a rule. How big is it? that will give an idea how fast it will cool down.[p]~thirdeye~

Ryan,[p]If insulated good it should make it. Sometimes I put a jug of hot water in the cooler too.[p]~thirdeye~

thirdeye,[p]I sloshed a couple quarts of boiling water around in the cooler for a few minutes before placing the brisket. We have to transport shortly, perhaps I can put a jug of boiling water when we get there. [p]Thanks guys for your help!
