First try at this. I just used Raisin' the Steaks with a little thyme and oregano. At least I think that's what I did. It was late & I was sober as a judge. ;-)[p]Just hit 160 internal. Time to pull, cooler rest & sample at the bar...[p]2007-4-18-pastrami.jpg
