<p />Two weeks after the egg came home, I got braver, (for me) and went ahead and tried a multi cook.

1950's tv tray ! Pineapple dipped in coconut milk, then cinnamon sugar.

Strips had rub, salt and pepper. Porterhouse had salt and pepper.

Absolutely melt in the mouth steak, garlic bread was awesome.

Warm grilled pineapple on French Vanilla icecream, I had two helpings !!
Problems were, still afraid to go above 600 for the sear, should have done pineapple first, then the steaks, as the steaks rested for 10 min and cooled down a bit while I did the bread and pineapple.

City Slicker,[p]Good results for a juggling routine! I've learned to keep various containers and heavy towels on hand to let meat rest/stay warm while I put everything else together.[p]And, darn it, I'm looking at that porterhouse and thinking dinner is 6 hours away. (stomach growls)[p]gdenby
