Brisket again
Options
Going to attempt a brisket again. I bought an 8 pounder this time. My question is, There is so many reciepes, which one? I was wanting to try the dizzypig way. It does not say to marinade overnight. Others do. What is the opinnion on sucessfull attempts, marinade or not?

Thanks, doing it now. Used Royal Oak also for the first time. Giant chunks of hardwood. I lit the RO and 10min later it was 450 degrees. Now im waiting for the temp to come down.
