Well my overnight dance with the bird looks good so far,
But.... we don't eat til 1:15, dome is sitting at 250. could I just
leave it in there shut all the vents and when were ready to go to
my brothers place, take it out and be ok, or will it dry it out too
much by leaving it there to keep warm?

    RittmanRod,[p]I hope you got it out of there! It will just keep cooking and get dry if you leave it in the egg. Wrap it in foil and hope for the best. You're pretty early.
