Smoked Turkey Breast

Ok. I know this has been discussed at length but please bear with me.[p]I am going to smoke a turkey *breast* tomorrow. What are your favorite recipes/instructions on doing so? This is about a 5.5lb breast.[p]THANKS!!!

i smoked this breast a few weeks ago with a few handfuls of cherry chips, indirect at 250 for about four hours i think.[p]then i made a sandwich

Awesome pics. What did you use to season? And what is the best internal temp for a turkey breast?

hey man, thanks!
i used dizzy pig dizzy dust on the breast and cooked it to 170 which was a little high. next time, i'm pulling it at 160. now that i look at the photos, it smoked at 225-250 for about 6:50! i tell ya what though... it made for a killer sandwich! i made that cinnamon sugar bread in the egg too...
