Here is the cake that I made at this year's fest. Great time had and am already looking forward to the 10th annual Eggtoberfest next year![p]Harvey Wallbanger Cake
Eggtoberfest 06: By Squeeze (Kevin Jacques)
Ingredients:
1 box orange cake mix (about 18 1/2 oz.)
1 box (3 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
4 oz. Liqueur Galliano
1 oz. Mandrin Orange Vodka
4 oz. Orange Juice
Directions:
Combine cake mix and pudding in a large bowl. Blend in eggs, oil, 4 oz. Liqueur Galliano, 1 oz. Vodka, and 4 oz. orange juice. Mix batter until smooth and thick. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350F indirect for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Letcool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and place on rack.

Squeeze, I didn't get any of the cake (not enough batter wound up in the pan I guess) but your hamburger was amazing. A ten pound hamburger done well consistently throughout. I would have expected it to be burned on the outside and rare on the inside but it was just well done all the way through. Great cooking! And good luck this weekend.
