Baby Portobellos & cheese

Quick, easy and tasty[p]Put a layer of sliced baby portobellos in an aluminum foil pouch, drizzle some EVOO on them and coat with DP Swamp Venom. Chop off a hearty sized chunk of monteray jack and put on top of the mushrooms. Throw another layer of mushrooms on top of the cheese, drizzle w/EVOO and coat with Swamp Venom. Close the pouch and cook over direct medium heat for 15 or 20 minutes.

sounds like good tailgaitilg food or in my case football im much more comfortable watching at home (loud as i like) so is it called housegating? my question is what was medium temp for you? and did you put any onion in between layers just typing out loud and wondering if i have the stuff to make that a side dish to my ribs (new testing method (i get on a tangent and got to figure out how to do it right) thanks for your help will fully feed girlfriend,and her adorably eager EGG TESTER so the rest of tomorrow is smmmmoooooooooooooth!!!!<;~)>

BENTE,[p]I threw them on with some stuffed pork tenderloins that were cooking at 350-400 dome temp.

Also i didn't put onions on with them but I'd imagine they'd go well with the mushrooms.
