You think this rack is done

<p />I had one rack of babybacks left in the fridge, so fire up the egg and cooked em this afternoon at 225 raised grid and indirect. At the three hour mark, they were dang near done. Both pictures are 3.5 hours, gave em 1/2 to sauce. I never did foil. [p]I did steal one bone, just to confirm the finished product, very good, very good indeed. T[p]123_2334.jpg

    I've noticed that when I cook less than 3 slabs it takes much less time. Raised grid, I would think they would cook faster as well.[p]Mike[p]YES, it is done and you know it. LOL

  • nodock, yes I turned them once, little over two hours in the cook, bones up. When I checked em at three hours, they were puddling oil and bending like the picture. Tom

    Dang Dude....that is just plain MEAN to post those pics...if you were really a nice guy, you would do what Dobie Dad said...only make two packs, one going to the Windy City, & one going to HOU town... What kind of sauce did you put on 'em?
