Beef Shoulder???

Was shopping at my local BJ's store and as always I had to check out what was available in the meat counter. I noticed near the Pork shoulders packages of Beef Shoulders. Curious if anyone has tried a beef shoulder and if it was cooked the same way as a pork shoulder. Also, wondering how good a beef shoulder is. Any feedback is much appreciated.[p]TIA

fournier88, Beef Shoulder can be cooked low and slow like a Brisket. Also makes great tasting burger. Remember, it IS from the Chuck, NOT the Loin, as far as tenderness goes.
