Hi folks, I've really enjoyed lurking here for about 1 1/2 years since I got my egg. You guys have have helped provide my family many wonderful egg'd meals, especially pizza(Thanks Spin).
Just wondering if anyone has tried to adapt any of Carrabba's Italian restaurants recipes for the egg. Of particular interest is Pollo Rosa Maria(my wife's favorite).

    Aaron, welcome to the forum. If you have been around for that long then you probably have seen just about any type of cook. We would welcome anything Italian that you may have tried on your BGE. There are many fantastic menu's of Italian origins. The BGE is limitless in its use. Bring em on...!!
