<p />I'm new to posting so please don't be mad.[p]3-1.5-1 Ribs, they turned out fantastic. Thanks to WessB's directions with a little modification to my own style. Gotta impress the boyfriend, he's from Texas and knows good bbq. I covered them first with a mustard concoction, then sprinkled some of them with Butt Rub, and some with a homemade bbq seasoning. I smoked them with pecan chips, and kept the BGE at b/n 220F -250F the whole time. At the last 15 when I removed the plate setter I slathered on some Bone Suckin' Sauce.[p]Everyone enjoyed them. I thought they were in my top 5, fall off the bone, not mushy and the taste was awesome. I got them from Sam's in the cryo package.[p]
