Brisket is in the cooler - PICS

Here is the brisket as it came off the egg[p]070406001.jpg[p]I cut the point off and wrapped it in foil[p]070406003.jpg[p]and put the point back on to make some burnt end sandwiches. I pull it at 195-200 and mix it with some barbecue sauce and put in a foil pan till heated.[p]070406004.jpg[p]ABTs later![p]Happy 4th of July! We are watching Patton this morning.[p]John
