Rib Eye Suggestions

I have an uncle from England that is visiting the States and his request is ribeye steaks. I have never done ribeyes so I would like some suggestions as to prep. Want to show him a good old fashion American Memorial Day celebration. Thanks in advance.

    Make sure you purchase USDA choice or better. Have them cut at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick. I don't do the TRex method because I'm to lazy. Rub them with EVOO and your favorite rub ( cowlick ). I grill steaks at 650/700 dome. I flip them a couple of times till they reach an internal of 135 for rare or 140 for med. I let set for about 5 to 10 minutes then serve. LOL, Tom
