Actually this is a cured ham uncooked from the grocery store. I did not time the cook but somewhere around 3 to 31/2 hours. This ham came out beautiful and very juicy. I would not usually cook a ham, especially if it is green as they tend to be on the dry side. Picture was taken by my Sony Cyber-shot camera. [p]Chef Jerry
