I've discovered two small beef tenderloins in the ol fridge at about 2.5 lbs each. I did one just like them a couple days ago as steaks, mmm... tasty! Thinking of steaking up one and vaccum packing it and doing a beef wellington with the other tonight unless anyone has any better suggestions....
