Tonight's chicken thighs - w pics

Well, I went to the Florida State Fair today. I was able to avoid most of the deep fried food and food on a stick and came home to cook my own good food.[p]I egged 4 chicken thighs direct at 250 for 45 minutes and then bumbed the temp up to 350 for the last 15 minutes. I used DP Jamaican Firewalk on two and John Henry's Wild Cherry Chipolte rub on the other two. They were both very good.[p]Here are the pics[p]Before
