Well, I'm still in the middle of my move to Tampa, FL. I started last month and then went back to Augusta, GA for Thanksgiving. I did get to Egg a Turkey the Saturday after Thanksgiving.[p]I brought my small egg back down to Tampa after I drove home this weekend. I found the Outdoor Kitchen Door on Kennedy Blvd and got myself some charcoal last night and spatchcocked a chicken for dinner. The taste of a well cooked chicken is just amazing. [p]Can't wait to get the family and my large down here. Anybody want to buy a house in Augusta, GA :-)[p]John

JM3,[p]Welcome, I'm a lil north of you in Ocala. Well, see you at eggfest, right? I've been to that Outdoor Kitchen shop, it's pretty good. I heard they have WickedGood now, I'm going to be in the area on Thursday and picking up a few bags while I'm there.

Jay,[p]I haven't settled anywhere yet. I'm waiting for my house in Augusta to sell. I'll be moving into an apartment in January. I've been staying with a friend up in Carrollwood for this month. [p]I'm planning on going to the Eggfest in March. Hopefully the family will be down here by then.[p]John

JM3,
If you can't find the BBQ'ers Delight wood pellets, can you just substitute wood chips?
-
Dublin Dawg,
I'm sure you could. The recipe comes from the Naked Whiz. Be careful though. Chicken can soak up a lot of smoke.[p]John
