Moving and missing the Egg

Well, I'm still in the middle of my move to Tampa, FL. I started last month and then went back to Augusta, GA for Thanksgiving. I did get to Egg a Turkey the Saturday after Thanksgiving.[p]I brought my small egg back down to Tampa after I drove home this weekend. I found the Outdoor Kitchen Door on Kennedy Blvd and got myself some charcoal last night and spatchcocked a chicken for dinner. The taste of a well cooked chicken is just amazing. [p]Can't wait to get the family and my large down here. Anybody want to buy a house in Augusta, GA :-)[p]John

Jay,[p]I haven't settled anywhere yet. I'm waiting for my house in Augusta to sell. I'll be moving into an apartment in January. I've been staying with a friend up in Carrollwood for this month. If you can't find the BBQ'ers Delight wood pellets, can you just substitute wood chips?

I'm sure you could. The recipe comes from the Naked Whiz. Be careful though. Chicken can soak up a lot of smoke.[p]John
