Help on reheating ribs

wingfoot

I've got three slabs of baby backs that I barbecued a couple of months ago which are frozen and vacu-sealed. What is the best way to reheat them?[p]Mike

wingfoot, If they are vacuum sealed why not jut reheat them in
the vacuum bag in water? The water does not get in the bag and all the original flavor stays with the ribs. Sort of like ribs in a cookin bag.

Jalopy Bob,[p]I can do that, but I'll have to cut the ribs in half and reseal them. I thought I read on here once about reheating in a little apple juice. I searched the archives, but to no avail. Thanks for the feedback.[p]Mike

wingfoot,
I lay them on a paper plate & cover them with a wet paper towel. Their state of frozen/thaw determines the amount of time.[p]You could return them to the egg @ a temp of 200 or below.[p]
