White pizza

I always eat white pizzas out. My first attempts at home were OK but not spectacular. Tonight I made my own alfredo sauce with butter, cream, parmesan, salt, pepper and a small amount of nutmeg. Tossed the dough, well not actually tossed because I knew what would have happened, spread the alfredo sauce, topped with mozzarella, prosciutto, then brushed the edge of the crust with olive oil. Baked on the egg at 500 until cheese was bubbly and crust just browned. It's a keeper.
