Help! I just acquired a 14 lb. whole ribeye and not sure how to proceed. Should we smoke the whole thing? Cut it up and do T-Rex? Which of Dr. BBQ's rubs? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, what is the BGE newer forum address? My computer crash before the hurricane and I lost it all. Someone willing to help me out? Gee.....it may take you all afternoon to answer all these questions. Heehee. Thanks.
