It has been a pleasure! I love having my BGE. I've done ribs, pork sirloin roast, steaks, and a brisket so far, no disappointments yet. This is a great smoker, I'll be using this for years to come! I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't already own one or more!

you certainly have it figured out. It only gets better. I have found that on the sites for ceramic cookers these cooks really know what they are doing and that only makes it better for you. Get Dr BBQ's book for another level (you'll kick it up a notch that Emeril can't dream about)
