Coming along nicely! I'll be foiling and wrapping in blankets within an hour. It's rubbed with Chris' cow lick and of course it's getting half hourly spritses with my super top secret spray of one cup cider vinegar, half cup Captain Morgan's, and quarter cup Dale's sauce. :laugh: [p]


  • I didn't see a drip pan. Do your juices drip to the fire, and I bet the plate sitter is really nasty. However, Brisket looks awesome!
