First off for the love of cooking.  I get nothing out of this.  But these pans are incredible to me.

The oyster bed company.  Not cast iron but have similar properties.  Not aluminum but non stick.  Heavy and solid.  Can handle over 1000 degree Temps and still wipes out once dry and cooled with ease.  Pan had area for collecting liquids and can be used to re baste as you cook.

Had to hit the favorites.  4.5lb tomahawk, sockeye salmon, Jones crab claws, asparagus, etc.  800-900 degree Temps.

Had fun.  Love the pans.  Have some learning to do for sure.  Like where to set 800 degree pans while fiddling.  Everything cooks faster except meat.  Have everything outside.  Nevermind it's raining
