I just used your method for cooking steaks for the second time. Man oh man were they good. Thanks for sharing it with us. My family and I have no desire to EVER eat at a steak-house again.[p]Regards,[p]Mike

I can second that!!! I have been buying 3 inch thick filets and T-rexing them. They are wonderful when T-rexed!!![p]mule
