    Beautiful looking bird.

But, weird that your stoker made a cut in the middle like that.

He had to cut it in half to fit it into the InstaPot.

@billt01 - I sincerely hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving, and I hope you have a most excellent holiday season.

I never tested the white box.  I do know that the processor on that is about the speed of what got us to the moon.  Seriously, that thing is a dog.  But it cooks.  I'm not thinking everyone is dropping their Stoker and doing a little shopping.  But I hope I've given you thought.

    Here's my catalyst.

Remember that buddy I told you about who I told him to go to Rock's for a custom setup?  Well, he was building his smoker... emailing plans to me and Rock.  pictures too I'm sure.  yadda yadda.

My buddy.... I'll call him Lex.  We're former workmates.  He's still grinding it out at the old joint.  Great memories.  Anyway.

He hates his stoker!  It blows up too much ash.  I guess Rock spec'd a leaf blower for this unit.

So anyway, he switches to natural aspiration.

I'm still waiting for the fire video.

So he comes over, in quarantine and fesses up.

This thing went up like a Christmas tree!  Naturally aspirated.

Matches to kids with M80s I tell you.

    Nope.

Who wants to see the video of the fire?

I also 100 percent guarantee if any of you internet sleuths think this is my back yard, it is not.

I know about "set backs" - no one likes these neighbors.  I love Lex.  But there's a little Lex in all of us.

    No takers on the vid?

Naw. But I'll do my best to authenticate that it's not me.  Here's the incoming iMessage. I'm on the right (blue).

    Ya. It's normal.

I swear I mentioned setbacks.  And he said his neighbor was cool with it.
