Sorta OT - Soba Noodle Masterclass

I'm not into golf/The Masters, but the "Zen" here reminded me of the "gravitas" of the Masters.  An old Japanese noodle master makes soba, by hand, using a bunch of techniques, and tools, that I was unfamiliar with (would love to know how much his slicing cleaver weighs), and he used more rolling pins than I use knives in a meal prep, forming a perfectly square sheet of noodle dough with them (with a cut-off excess of, what, maybe a tablespoon's worth?)  
Fascinating.
