Smoking 22lb turkey

I'm going to be smoking a 22lb turkey for the first time on my LGE, I have a turkey stand I'm going to use. I have heard smoking at 325 to 350 gives a good crisp skin and smoking below 275 results in a rubbery skin and meat which I've found to be true on the lower Temps. I have not smoked a turkey hotter than 275. Any suggestions on producing a great tender and juicy turkey?
Thanks for all your advice!

Not sure what kind of turkey stand you're talking about, but I'd suggest making sure it will all fit ahead of time.Stillwater, MN

Hey brother, I just picked up a 20lb bird and will be doing Mad Max, and will try to keep to the temps specified, which is 325. I've found on the egg cooking anything around 300 plus or minus 25 has been perfect.
