Hey all! AlbertaEgger here, looking for some support. I lost my old email address after 20 years with a company, this I guess was the email I used to sign up to the forum. I also forgot my password after a few months and now I can not sign back in under AlbertaEgger. Is my profile gone for good? I have reached out to BGE a few times, no response. 

I hope you are all doing well.
