Had to Wing it

Options
Today, Little Chef and I made some wings.  We seasoned them with a mix of brisket magic from https://www.2gringoschupacabra.com/ and Dizzy Pig Ghost.   These were cooked indirect at 325 until the reached 165, at that point they were pulled and tossed in our Bucky BBQ Blitz sauce, and tossed back on the grill to set.   Here are a few photos of of our efforts.
