Brisket Fried Rice

I love how a packer can feed the family 4 times!  Vacuum packed 3 separate packages after the initial smoke. First was brisket tacos and last night was fried rice. Last one will go in chili. Only complaint with this one was it was a touch salty. I didn’t have any low sodium soy sauce but with the saltiness of the brisket it’s a must.
