Strawberry/Jalapeño Glazed Chops

SV’d some chops with shallots,thyme,rosemary ,garlic.salt n pepper with oil at 135° for 2hrs.   Brushed with strawberry/jalapeño jelly and seared on the small 


Served up with some fries


One of the best chops I’ve cooked

    Tell me about the fries... Frozen oven fries, “fresh” fries? They look delicious. You protein is is ALWAYS great.

    I feel so cheesy on these fries. Open bag, dump on pan and eat 12mins later.
