Last night, used a blue tooth thermometer, my BGE Genuis (heat control), and rotisserie to cook a whole chicken on our egg.  I was a bit put off by all of the gadgets but thoroughly enjoyed not having to open the egg and ability to check on the cook’s progress by simply checking my phone.  What turned out what the best chicken I’ve ever made.  Coincidence?  Love the devises and after many years of cooking without a heat controller, I loved the results and will be continuing to use these gadgets.
