First Turbo Ribs

Did some turbo ribs for the PGA championship Sunday, first go at them.  I would have liked a little more tenderness but watching golf and beer the temp ran up on from 350 to 400 so that was likely the cause.  I pulled them after 1.5 hrs and wrapped in foil with butter and put them back on for 20 min.  overall great flavor just have to chase the tenderness gremlin down.
