Using the wok on the egg is always fun! Green Thai curry for tonight after I did some Peri-Peri chicken for lunches

    Looks awesome. Dumb question, are you able to control the temp enough through the bottom vent leaving the top fully open like that?

    I typically close the bottom vent completely when using the wok. If you want crazy heat for stir-fry's and such, you can open up the bottom vent.

    The thing with the wok is that it's hot and fast so you have to have everything prepped and egg-side, ready to go.

    That whole cook took about 5 minutes
