Superbowl Pizzas

Had a couple Pizzas before the big game last night.
First one was a diced Italian meatball & pepperoni using the marinara for sauce.
Second was a Buffalo Chicken with Ranch Dressing and Green Onion.
Not pictured were the  Bacon Garlic Fingers.

Everyone was well fed and enjoyed a great game!

    No, I did not have time to make the dough, bought it from a great pizzeria in town.

    Ya they went on the egg at about 450-500°, 10-15min or so. I just keep tabs on them so they don't over cook :)

    Here are the ones I made on SB Sunday...large, minimax and roccbox...made 28 zas that day proofing boxes each had 14 dough casualties
