Spatchcocked a Bird

thetrimthetrim Posts: 5,653

Ended up doing a little bit of a TRex method.  The fire got away from me at the start (450) then I had to settle it down to about 300 and cover the top w foil for the last 30mins to keep it from getting too crispy.
Rubbed w Plowboys Yardbird and set in the fridge all day.
Thanks for looking.

Like most grunts, you are skilled in the art of (spatch)cockery. Nice looking bird.
