So my mom got me some big green egg cast iron grill grates for my XL. My question is what kind of upkeep do i need to be aware of?

Keep them dry. Grease from your cooks, no problem. Heat um up a bit before you use them....Life will be good.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
